Google is making some changes to its Google Business platform. Its chat feature will no longer initiate new chats, with existing chats to stop working as of July 31. Google Business will also remove call history at the end of this month. 

While these changes can be concerning for some business owners who have come to rely on the chat functions, there is no need for concern. Customers will still be able to call you directly from your Google Business profile.

However, because of these changes, it’s more important than ever to let your CKREU Google Business Specialist know of any changes to your hours, new promotions or offers, and any updates to your current services.
